Shipping and Returns
At Option AgParts we strive to deliver your items in a timely and efficient manner. Most orders where items are stocked locally will be dispatched within 24hrs (Monday-Friday).
Air Freight Orders
Air freight orders will usually be dispatched locally within 5-10 days of your order. You will be notified within 48hrs of any backorder delays that we may have from our suppliers.
Sea Freight Orders
Delivery dates on sea freight shipments will be displayed on the individual part item checkout page.
Backorders & Consolidated Shipments
You will be advised on the product page if your item is not stocked locally and needs to be ordered in. Please note that if some ordered items are in local stock and others on backorder, the order will not be shipped until the consolidated load can be sent together. We will contact you if this situation occurs.
Option AgParts currently ship to all Australian States and Territory's. At this time we do not ship to any location outside of Australia.
Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address and when applicable someone is available to sign for the goods received at time of delivery. If at the time of delivery no one is available to sign for the received goods, you may have to pick up your order from the closest distribution centre or there may be a fee charged for redistribution of undelivered goods. Parcels which are returned to us at Option AgParts as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch fee. Postage charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.
Returns & Exchange Policy
We allow returns of parts and accessories, however some limitations and exclusion apply. It is important that you inspect and review your shipment immediately upon receipt so that if there are any problems or discrepancies, we can help correct them promptly.
1) Within 30 days of the invoiced date – No penalty
2) Between 30-90 days of the invoiced date – A restocking fee of 15% may apply
3) After 90 days – Non-refundable
1) You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is shipped in error by us.
2) To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
3) All returned product cost calculations (including restocking fees and yearly returns) will be based on the original purchased price.
4) All returned products must include a copy of the Option AgParts receipt or invoice.
5) Special buy in items are non-refundable.
To return your product, you should:
a) Verify that your item(s) meet our Return Policy.
b) Contact Option AgParts support at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1800 290 624 to request a return authorisation number.
c) Write the Return Authorisation Number on the outside of the package.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is shipped in error by us.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
