Please note that Option AgParts do not cover shipping / freight charges for warranty items. The cost of returning these items will be at your own expense.

Option AgParts warrant most products distributed by them to be free from defects in material and workmanship as described below. Option AgParts reserve the right to inspect any item prior to granting warranty coverage. We pledge our support in obtaining settlement of reasonable and justifiable claims. We offer 12 months warranty on most parts, see below for individual coverage items.

All other parts

 What Is Not Warranted – This warranty does not cover:   

  • A&I A/C compressors not installed by a licensed or certified A/C repair shop;
  • Used products;
  • Any equipment that has been altered or modified in ways not approved by A&I or Sunbelt;
  • Depreciation or damage caused by normal wear, lack of reasonable and proper maintenance, failure to follow operating instructions/recommendations, misuse, lack of proper protection during storage, vandalism, collision, or accident;
  • Special order items;
  • Pistons, rings or liners that are not ordered as parts of an overhaul kit;
  • Components that have been disassembled or dismantled;
  • Installation costs, any service calls, or other labour charges, other than for clutches and torque amplifiers as provided below;
  • Transportation and/or freight costs associated with returning the product
  • Any premium charged for overtime labour requested by the purchaser;
  • Incidental or consequential damages or injuries, including, but not limited to, loss of crops, loss of profits, rental of substitute equipment or other commercial loss; or statutory or implied warranties or conditions of merchantability or fitness.

Retailers have no authority to make any representation or promise on behalf of Option AgParts or to modify the terms or limitations of this warranty in any way. 

Claiming Warranty

1)    Verify the failure meets the above guidelines

2)    Where an Option AgParts reseller has sold a part to an end user, the reseller should submit the warranty claim to Option AgParts on the end users behalf.

3)    Warranty claims can be submitted to support@optionagparts.com.au with the following documentation

  1. The original invoice to the end user
  2. Failure date
  3. Description of the failure and supporting photos (if available).

4)    If the warranty claim is approved, either a replacement part will be issued to the reseller or a credit will be provided.
